These Policies & Procedures are designed to help every Independent Distributor (ID) and customer of Deelzon understand their rights, obligations, and responsibilities.
They align with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, the Information Technology Act, and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.
By using Deelzon’s platform or joining as an Independent Distributor, you agree to comply with these policies.
1. General Principles
- Deelzon operates as a legally compliant e-commerce and direct selling platform, connecting customers with authentic daily essentials, Ayurveda & herbal, and wellness products sourced from verified Indian MSMEs.
- All distributors and customers must adhere to Indian laws, including Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and IT Rules for e-commerce platforms.
- Deelzon provides full transparency in pricing, income opportunities, and product quality.
2. Registration & Membership
- Any Indian resident 18 years or older with valid government ID (PAN/Aadhaar) may register as a Deelzon Independent Distributor (ID).
- Registration requires acceptance of the Code of Ethics, these Policies & Procedures, and a one-time nominal joining fee (if applicable).
- Every ID receives a unique Distributor ID and secure login credentials.
- IDs are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information in their account.
3. Business Model & Earnings
- Deelzon follows a direct selling model where earnings are based on actual sales of products and personal or team performance.
- Income is not guaranteed; it depends on individual effort, retail sales, and network growth.
- All incentives, commissions, and bonuses are calculated as per the Deelzon Compensation Plan and paid only after compliance verification.
- IDs must not make false or misleading income claims to recruit or sell.
4. Product Sourcing & Quality
- All products on Deelzon are sourced from verified and compliant MSMEs to ensure authenticity and fair pricing.
- Products meet applicable Indian regulatory standards (Ayush, FSSAI, BIS, etc.).
- IDs and customers must not repackage, alter, or misrepresent Deelzon products.
5. Order, Delivery & Shipping
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on location.
- Customers receive a tracking ID to monitor shipments in real time.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- Orders may be cancelled from the “My Orders” section before dispatch.
7. Ethical Conduct & Prohibited Practices
- IDs must follow Deelzon’s Code of Ethics and conduct business with honesty and transparency.
- Pyramid schemes, money games, or misleading marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
- IDs must not force purchases or misrepresent product benefits or earnings potential.
- Recruitment should be voluntary and free from undue pressure.
8. Advertising & Marketing Guidelines
- Only approved marketing materials provided by Deelzon may be used.
- Any social media or promotional content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and comply with Indian advertising standards.
- The use of Deelzon’s logo or trademarks without written permission is not allowed.
9. Payment of Commissions
- Commissions and bonuses are calculated monthly and credited to the distributor’s registered bank account.
- All earnings are subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions (TDS/GST as per Indian law).
- Deelzon reserves the right to withhold payments if policy violations or pending verifications are identified.
10. Data Privacy & Security
- Deelzon follows the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011 to protect personal data.
- IDs and customers must not misuse or share other users’ personal information without consent.
11. Compliance & Grievance Redressal
- Deelzon maintains a Grievance Redressal Mechanism as mandated under Indian e-commerce rules.
- Any complaint or dispute can be addressed by emailing [grievance email/contact].
- Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 1 month.
12. Termination & Suspension
- Deelzon reserves the right to suspend or terminate an ID’s account if:
- The ID violates these Policies & Procedures or the Code of Ethics.
- Misrepresentation, fraudulent activities, or illegal practices are detected.
- Terminated IDs forfeit future commissions and bonuses.
13. Modifications to Policies
- Deelzon may update these Policies & Procedures to comply with new regulations or business requirements.
- Updates will be posted on the website and communicated to distributors.
14. Legal Compliance
- Deelzon operates in full accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws.
