We are committed to providing authentic daily essentials, Ayurveda & herbal, and wellness products sourced from verified MSMEs.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free return and refund process in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
1. Cooling-Off Period – 7 Days
- All customers and Independent Distributors (IDs) are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.
- During this period, you may cancel or return your order without any penalty and request a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
- No reason for return is required during this period, but we encourage feedback to help improve our services.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned with original packaging, labels, seals, and invoice.
- Items must be free from damage, stains, or tampering.
- For wellness or perishable items (e.g., food supplements, herbal consumables), products can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used or altered after delivery.
- Items with hygiene concerns once opened (e.g., personal care products).
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Deelzon account and go to My Orders.
- Select the product you wish to return and click Request Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Choose the reason for return and upload a photo of the product (if requested).
- Our customer service team will review the request and share pickup instructions or return address.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping
- For eligible returns, Deelzon will arrange free reverse pickup in most serviceable areas.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to our nearest warehouse; shipping charges (if any) will be reimbursed upon verification.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be quality checked within 3–5 working days.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Online Payments: Credited back to the original source (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet) within 7–10 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded to the customer’s bank account after collecting bank details.
- A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once the refund is initiated.
6. Exchange Policy
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you can request a replacement for the same product or a product of equal value (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must also be made within the 7-day cooling-off period.
7. For Independent Distributors (IDs)
- IDs enjoy the same 7-day cooling-off period for personal purchases or inventory bought for resale.
- Unsold and unopened stock can be returned or repurchased by Deelzon as per the Direct Selling Rules, 2021.
- IDs must raise a buy-back request through the distributor dashboard or by emailing grievance@deelzon.com.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by visiting My Orders or contacting our support team.
- If the order has already been shipped, it can be cancelled by initiating a return after delivery.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@deelzon.com with images.
- We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
10. Important Notes
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Deelzon reserves the right to reject returns if products fail quality checks or fall under non-returnable categories.
- Repeated return requests or fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension as per company policies.
